If an order is placed with a non-residential shipping address, we may contact you for an updated residential address before fulfillment. If a residential address cannot be provided, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Most of our products are made to order and produced by trusted production partners. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the item ordered. Once your order has been produced and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please note that 3D printed products are made in-house by Lili Pixel Studio and may ship separately from other items in your order.
Most non-3D printed products, such as apparel, mugs, candles, coffee, and other printed goods, are produced and shipped directly by our trusted production partners. If your order includes both 3D printed and non-3D printed products, you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking information.

Care Instructions
- Keep the burning candle within sight, and keep away from children and pets. Never burn the candle near flammable items. For best results, burn the candle for 3 - 4 hours in each lighting and trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting. Discontinue use with 1/2" of wax remaining.
