Shipping To Residential Addresses Only:
To help prevent delivery issues, Lili Pixel Studio currently ships to residential addresses only. We do not ship to business, office, school, commercial, hotel, freight forwarding, warehouse, or shared receiving addresses.
If an order is placed with a non-residential shipping address, we may contact you for an updated residential address before fulfillment. If a residential address cannot be provided, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
Split Shipments:
Most of our products are made to order and produced by trusted production partners. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the item ordered. Once your order has been produced and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Most non-3D printed products, such as apparel, mugs, candles, coffee, and other printed goods, are produced and shipped directly by our trusted production partners. If your order includes both 3D printed and non-3D printed products, you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking information.
Shipping Times
Since most orders are made to order, shipping time typically occurs within 5β7 business days, but processing times may vary by product.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Lili Pixel Studio products are made after your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and allows us to offer a wider variety of creative designs and product types.
Because items are made to order, please review product details, sizing, shipping information, and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
3D Printed Products
Please note that 3D printed products are made in-house by Lili Pixel Studio and may ship separately from other items in your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyerβs remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, accidental orders, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If there is a problem with your order, please reach out with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution depending on the situation.

If you notice an issue with your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. Because many products move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been submitted.
